PBS reviewed, analyzed and designed the proposed relocation plans for the Other Airlines (OAL) which are moving out of Terminals 2 and 3 and into Terminals 5 and 6; the approximate interior renovation square footage is 50,000. PBS also reviewed, analyzed and designed the proposed relocation plans for Delta operations to move from Terminals 5 and 6 to Terminals 2 and 3; the approximate interior renovation square footage is 65,000.

Electrical Engineering Designs were provided for the public space adjustments at Terminals 2 and 3, which included power to support Delta IT and Special Systems, ticket counter adjustments, kiosks, signage and BHS enhancements. Electrical Engineering was also provided for the new Delta Sky Club within Terminals 2 and 3.

The total combined square footage of the club space across the two terminals is approximately 21,000 square feet. Provided Electrical Engineering associated with the new Ramp Control Tower and Radio Room; the approximate square footage of this space is 2,000. Verified and analyzed all existing utilities and its associated infrastructure conditions and capacities to accommodate the renovation and replacement. Reviewed existing Facility Assessment Reports and current construction plans within the two (2) terminals to understand the extent of modernization needed, and validate the findings and recommendations. Prepared required Electrical Construction Documents per LAWA and Delta standards to support the renovation of the interior space associated with the airline functions.
