SoFi Rams Stadium

PBS provided Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Construction Administration engineering services for the brand new 80,000 seat SoFi Stadium and Entertainment District at Hollywood Park in Inglewood. This included weekly site walks and field reports and communicating with the engineer of record, contractors, and other parties to ensure all systems are being installed in accordance with the design documents and specifications.

PBS also provided Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Construction Administration engineering services for the non-stadium portion of the SoFi Stadium and Entertainment District at Hollywood Park in Inglewood. This included weekly site walks and field reports and communicating with the engineer of record, contractors, and other parties to ensure all systems are being installed in accordance with the design documents and specifications.

PBS has also provided a peer review of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design documents for the Hollywood Park Performance Venue, which is a part of the new SoFi Stadium and Entertainment District at Hollywood Park. PBS also provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing Title 24 documentation and will be providing construction administration services for the Performance Venue once it goes under construction. Scope for the construction administration included site visits and field reports as well as communicating with the engineer of record, contractors, and other parties to ensure all systems are being installed in accordance with the design documents and specifications.
