Rubidoux High School Modernization

This project consists of an Exterior Encapsulation, Modernization and New Concert Hall project with Jurupa Unified School District at Rubidoux High School, Riverside, California. The Rubidoux High School project will be conducted in three phases: Phase I – Exterior Structural Upgrades and Encapsulation with a $4,000,000 construction budget. Phase II – Modernization with $3,600,000 and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Upgrades with a $1,900,000 construction budget. Phase III – New Concert Hall Campus Addition with a total $10,000,000 construction budget has been allocated for the New 300 person Concert Hall (14,000 sf).
