MD Anderson: Various Medical Centers

PBS Engineers has provided Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Engineering services for projects under the MD Anderson Cancer Center IDIQ programs in conjunction with Civil, Architectural, and other MEP firms. PBS has contributed to over 180 projects with MD Anderson over the years.

One such project is the PGA Cup System Upgrade. Over the course of this project, PBS provided specialty MEP design services for the replacement and redesign of the fuel oil control system serving all four emergency backup generators along with two underground fuel storage tanks and ancillary devices. The generators serve critical hospital and main data infrastructure south of Holcombe.

Another was the WTC Pharmacy Project, for which PBS provided MEP design services to rectify pressure and air quality deficiencies within the Woodlands compounding pharmacy to meet FDA/USP797 compounding requirements.
