Kia of Cerritos Dealership Remodel

PBS provided Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Alarm, and Fire Protection Engineering Services for the Kia of Cerritos Dealership Remodel located in Cerritos, California. This project consists of an interior remodel of the facility, including the showroom, office spaces, and parts department. The exterior building facade was renovated complete with new facade lighting and a new covered maintenance department vehicle drop off area. The facility site was also renovated with new site lighting, landscape lighting and the addition of EV charging stations.
