PBS provided Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineering services for the office tenant improvements of the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EIOR) in Los Angeles, California. EOIR is an immigration courthouse office building of three levels, approximately 42,000 square feet total. PBS provided MEP engineering services for the replacement of the existing HVAC System, plumbing system, EV charger infrastructure, and heating/hot water plant upgrade with a partial replacement design for hydronic system distribution. The MEP system was designed with General Services Administration GSA standards.
